GAZA CRISIS: IMMEDIATE TRUCE NEEDED TO STOP HUMANITARIAN CATASTROPHE
Amnesty International is calling on the UN Security Council to demand that Israel, Hamas and Palestinian armed groups observe an immediate truce to allow desperately needed humanitarian assistance to the civilian population. As the number of casualties continues to mount, civilians in Gaza are in increasingly dire need of food, medical and other emergency assistance.
