Diversity Rocks! – Schools 

Program  

The 2006 Queensland Multicultural Festival free 

school program will be held at Roma Street 

Parklands on the 16th of October. This is a chance 

for school children years 5 to 9 to interact with a 

wide variety of cultures and to engage in fun and 

exciting workshops and performances from 

around the world. 

There will be heaps of great activities on the day, 

including Japanese Taiko Drumming, African 

Marimba Playing and Bollywood Bhangra Dance.
